Well... to trim we could combine A / A+ and Mini Mods together. Can the General Mini Chat idea. Also get rid of Mini's in Motorsport, brickshop and other makes.

I'm not suggesting leave out other makes minis on motorsport etc they are self explanatory.
I'm just suggesting that now, we are wading through 3 or 4 forums that are essentially the same stuff Mini stuff, ie mods of one sort or another..

I have now found that I have to organise things around the posters, not getting them to conform! That means making this forum, which is where most of the stuff is posted, a maintenance and restoration kind of thing. I tried keeping this the Mini chat, and creating a new room for technical questions and stuff, but people continued posting as it was.

I didn't mind it as it was, when you talk as a mini group you usually go from technical stuff to the how to's and then onto other stuff, it usually rambles on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on ...

Kinda suit the conversations.

Well I still think this should be called Mini Chat, and now you have renamed Minis in Motorsport to Mini chat... :?

I think the changes are for the best (I would bring back minis in motorsport though it is interesting to know what mini motorsport stuff is happening)

In fact I had spent about 3/4 hr trying to write a well considered suggestion to find that you had changed it to what I was going to suggest anyway

Thanks Poeee, :D The fact that people bother to argue about this stuff means that ausmini is a great resource and they are trying to improve it even if we can't always agree how to go about it. :D
