why AWD? it sound cool but it seems to be a lot of work for not much gain?

What's the point of having all that power if you just sit and spin AWD will have a better chance of getting it to the ground. :twisted:

In for a penny in for a pound.

Besides I think inazuma was secretly lusting after an AWD mini whilst planning the Starlet conversion so this way he doesn't have to do another conversion later. :lol:

exactly...thats the thing...i dont think i could top this one...and so i wont feel so bad spending all the money i am gonna spend...i hate to compromise remember :P

Thing is you won't spend much more doing the AWD for an exponential gain in both traction and handling (and more than likely braking). Given the right amount of power an AWD mini will destroy ANYTHING on the road.

thats the plan :) good thing i didnt bother buying the GT MINI licence plate...with all this i should be able to get about as close as one can to the ULTIMATE mini...big engine...awd...considering borrowing the double wishbone suspension from the civic (or like)...should be pretty awesome...
