:o I didn't even know it was Aussie Moke's birthday today.

It's my birthday today too :!:
(although I'm not quite a '66 vintage)

I'll have to go out & have a quiet beer or two with the mokes :D

That one you bought looks like a 1968 big-wheeler. What are the taillights like? If they are small round lights, three in a line along the top of the wheel arch, then it is a 1968 big wheeler and a rare beast.

As for Moke pics, check out Issue 6 of The Mini Experience - 30-odd pages of Mokes.
(I had to get a free plug in there eventually) :D

See you all at the Moke Muster. I've only got a week to finish the Moke, and I haven't got my engine yet!

Cheers, Watto.

The Australian Moke was launched on this day in 1966 - Happy Birthday Moke!

Cheers, Watto.

 And, I missed mentioning the Australian Mini's birthday, which was of course the 23 March, so happy birthday baby Morris (850) for a week ago.

All sing:
Dum de dum dum dum dum
Dum de dum dum dum dum
Dum de dum dum dum de dum dum
Dum de dum dum dum dum
:D

I would of thought that it would of been more approprate to launch it a day later
April 1st

Too Late. I think Watto already wrote that comment in Mini Magic once! I know I read it somewhere anyway.
