Why is Mutant referred to a 1993 Model mini in a few places?

Reading the NMP website it says...

"The restoration on this car began when Andrew helped strip the 1993 model Mini at
Northern Mini Parts and it was taken down the road to be sprayed.
The car was then returned to NMP. There the car was fitted with an engine,
the mechanical and electrical work was done by John Fitzmaurice.
The finishing was completed at John Fitzmaurice's home."

Mutant is a genuine MkIII UK Mini, not a reirtth. It was green with black and white stripes when Jan bought it and she drove it for a couple of years before the big rebuild.

I believe the current owner of NMP (Andrew) did the webpage. Andrew had very little to do with Mutant's rebuild, so his facts are wrong.

For the record, Northern Mini Parts never "rebirthed" any cars while Henry Draper owned it. Henry flatly refused requests to do so. But at least one car was rebirthed after it was purchased from Henry as a slightly damaged parts car.
