Yeh but we killed him in the warm up, seems he's used up all his privateer budget tyres he has, i can see a nice pug jump from the rear start to pass the front row sitters, let see

This is actually a lot of good clean fun.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

The Old Man Racing car wouldnt leave the pits for qualifying due to the damage from the previous race!!! One to watch to watch for future races.

Bankrupt Motorsport:

certainly IHR are the ones to beat, but the factory peugot team is just as quick and eager to knock IHR off their dominant position, i think we'll see them make a move in the feature race tomorrow which should be interesting.
If this race meeting is an indicator, the rest of the season's competition should be very hot, and we should see a lot of close competitive racing

we worked extra hard to get the car competitive for qualifying, as we just couldnt get the car right for the sprint and couldn't compete with some of the bigger teams.

Hopefully we can keep the car consistantly quick and have a shot at the podium, and if not, keep the car on the track and pick up some points for the championship and some coverage for the sponsors

In official release from Old Man Racing team principal Stephen Pierce has described his performance in qualifying for the BTCC feature race as "crap, I ve seen galciers go faster"

He belives things should improve when he bothers to sit down and work out how to
tune the thing.

The rumour that the team will chnages its names form Old Man racing to Also Ran Racing has not been confirmed.
