Ok so the linkages on the weber weren't ever "right".

StuweyLS borrowed some part of the linkage and its never been right since

I was wondering if the posts, shaft, little wheel thing that goes on the end of the throttle shaft on the actual weber, connecting things, and anything associated, are still available for purchase?

I'd also like to see what arrangements others are using, as no two webers i have seen are the same

I got a redline linkage kit for the redline 3005 inlet manifold.. I'm using it on a Dellorto. Let me say they are both a bag of crap.. the manifold is the worst casting I've seen, had to go at it with the die grinder before I put it anywhere near the mini..

and the linkage kit... nothing fits.. Had to cut and bend things to get it to work..DODGY.

My manifold is a Redline 3005, too, but with around 10 hours worth of porting inside....
It now flows ~190-200CFM.

Lynx did a linkage kit too, but it wasn't much better.
Mine started as a Lynx kit but their POS plastic rose joints broke, it's now a bit of a hybrid, but it works better....

Kit prices now are about $100....
The rose joints I used here are 5/16" UNF, available from any bearing supply house.
Add a bit of 5/16" rod and rob some carby arms off something, & you are in business.
Alternatively, hook a cable up to anchor on the rocker cover nut, and pull direct on the carb. These arm ratios are about 1:1 anyway.

Here's a suggestion - Try a HP Wwber filter housing from HP with a K&N filter - works a treat on a long manifold (from memory needs little if any modification to the speedo mounting hole - slight bend here and there)

Good suggestion _ I used a very nice cable wheel (again a HP product) machined from alloy that is designed to overcome all the problems - worked beautifully on my J car.

Yeah the ratios is what i am worried about.
I might be able to get away with the linkage i have there (i'll put pics up of mine later) but which hole do i put the little joint thing in
THeres like 5 holes... you'll see when i put the pics up.
I suppose this controls how much the butterfly opens in proportion to how far the pedal is pressed down.
