going to flush out teh cooling system and Radiator soon thinking about using a chemical cleaner to help get rid of teh crud can anyone give me any tips on whats teh best product to use, tips, and products to stay away from.

I used the LocTite one and it did seem to make a worthwhile difference...

The 'other' ones don't seem to do much at all.

Cooling SA minis for years and years, and quite well at that.

The lucas products are pretty good but nothing is going remove a build up of mud and slush from a radiator except either a new radiator or having the tanks removed and wires pushed down the cores.

A mini doesn't have much cooling capacity to spare and even a 10% reduction in efficiency will make them begin to overheat. So locating all the reasons it overheats is important.

With all the sludge removers, follow the instructions and dont leave it in longer than recommended and they will eat through worn thin radiator cores.
