I saw a white mini roundnose today, with a red number plate "ROSIE", in Tyabb, heading towards Somerville, Vic. at 100Km/h. Looked pretty good.
Is this car related to the user "rosiemini"? I thought they were in WA.

Saw a bergundy (if that's how you would describe the colour) Clubbie parked on the side of the road on the Northern distributor on Saturday. The owner was looking uder the bonnet with a confused look on his face while calling his wife to come of over with his tool box. Seems the owner had been working on the car all day and had removed the water pipe for the no longer required heater where it exits at the top of the head and had decied to replace it with a blank plate to plug it up, but had forgetten to do so before heading off for a test drive. Lucky this guy watches his temp all the time and noticed the temp rise suddenly less than 2 min into the trip.

Boy did I, er I , mean that guy feel dumb.

I will give you a list of what needs replacing. So far, the diff bearings look mint. There- I saved you $130.00!
Really, all the other bearings should be replaced, and the layshaft. Maybe a synchro or two but they look pretty good. I'll know better after it's all stripped Friday.
