All the best for the conversion and I hope you don't run into too many problems along the way!

Give it time and they'll hopefully sort themselves out

Are you sure you did not just borrow the neighbours car when he was not looking? That half cut is the cleanest halfcut i have ever seen, hopefully that means you got an excellent base to start with.

Can not wait to see the progress photos.

Good luck.

Dan

Hey

Not much happening on the engine side of things besides pulling it out of the halfcut.
I've just had the front clubman nose that i'm using for my flip front bead blasted and the front and rear frames sand blasted now i've just got to fix up some rust that was hiding under the paint and dirt.

I'll hopefully be starting the frame in the next few weeks and will post more pics then.
Anyway here's some pics

WARNING WARNING!!!! THERE IS A VL COMMODORE IN THAT PHOTO BUCKET ALBUM. "My Eyes, My eyes", "It burns, BURNS!!!!".

Cut looks damn neat. Have you checked the gearbox casing to see that it hasn't cracked when the wheel met whatever it met?

Hey if you don't have brakes sorted you may even be able to use them!

Have you primed that bare metal yet? Waste of time getting it blasted otherwise.

I'll be giving it a coat of paint in the next couple of days, just got to fix up the rust.

Dont know if anyone has used the brakes from this model of civic before but i think they might be too big. Ithink i'll use the older crx brakes

:P

Hi stupid question from the corner. R you using the front subframe as it is or will there be modifications made to it? Can you buy a kit to do this?
