Some of you old farts would remember Mother and Son.

Did Ruth Cracknel drive a white Mini in that show?

I haven't watched it for yeeaaarrrssss...... but I vaguely recall her driving a white Mini.

(For the record, she lived next door to my grandparents, which was 1 street away from where I bought 'Pops'. I used to see Ruth all the time, not driving Pops of course....I miss Pops.....)

Yeh Arthur (Gary McDonald) drove a white convertable morris minor, can't say i ever saw Maggie (Ruth Cracknell) ever drive. Still on of the funniest Ozzie TV shows EVER.

Hay, it's not about the car, it's not about the venue, it's about the people that come here. Peter Dwyer, Mayor of Hay NSW.

the only link i know between ruth and a mini is that her son owned an austin super deluxe which was previously owned by a sydney doctor who bought it for his nurses to do the rounds in whose name is Queenie owned currently by none other than our very own steve and mikey

A Morris Monor? Is that similar to the Cluban??

A very funny show, but one I haven't seen in ages. Speaking of mothers and sons, did anyone watch Some Mothers Do Have 'Em?? I used to love that show.
