OK, dont take that post the wrong way. I;m not rolling my eyes at Brad and James.

It's more at the MRA rules. While I understand the reason for it I'd like to see if a street mini like Brads with the right tyres could take it up to a Supermini. Mind you with the top guys now gettng to the 1:09s around Wakefiled I seriously doubt it.

Instead of complaining about the rules that all the other competitors have built to why dont you talk to the MRA at Wakefield about maybe starting a class for the new street rego'd turbo toys, and just maybe they may let them run but not in the championship, but it would also need the other entrants to agree, but that would be the sensible way to approach it now wouldn't it

Charlie Borgs car is no light weight it actually weighs about 700 kilo( Honda is heavy) and the motor is bog stock doesn't even have a after market UCU so Brads toy with all its turbo engine will have a crap load more power and will go close for weight

Oz start biting  Charlie told me last meeting that the car was that heavy, before the conversion his car with him in it came in at 680 and with honda it was 100 heavier and having crawled all over it while scrutineering it is not a light thing, there is a lot of things that could come out of it like all the double paneling and the wing and suport :D

This is a reminder to all competitor members that we will be fitting a sponsors windscreen banner prior to qualifying on Sunday so could you all have the top of the windscreen clear.

The supp regs that where sent out have the incorrect race formate as the Mini's will have there three stand alone races two five lappers & a eight lap plus a all in race at the end of the day.

There will be no scrutineering on Saturday afternoon.

Regards
Brian Walden
