So i just stumble over ANOTHER person wanting to chop the front
off a Clubman to put a round-nose front on it..

if u want a bloody round nose, go stop
being a tight arse and buy one....

If u dont like clubmans, thats fine just DONT BUY ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I am getting sick and tired of people thinking it is humerous to chop the front
off a clubman shell to replace it with a round nnose..

This is not a post to say one is better than the other.. merely just to say stop
destroying clubmans  :x :?

Funny how they can't bear to have the Clubman front but they don't mind sitting behind a clubman dash.

How many 1100S' are left with their 1275 motors? The same bastards that want round nose clubbies also have to have a 1275.

I think I might fit the Cooper S dash to my LS. (and while I am at it I may fit the Cooper S 1275 to my 1100) 8)

those who remove a Clubman front to fit a roundy front thing are admiting that a Clubman body is superior to a roundy body

Actually I prefer the Clubman front. It has almost enough room under the bonnet, nearly as good as the Morris 1100.

My LS is coming along slowly. I removed all the rust and all I was left with two subframes and a motor. 8)

No, probably they just happen to have a Clubby body that hasn't succumbed to the rust monster yet. At least from A pillars back.8)

I don't mind a Clubby front, but our Clubby van might yet get a Mini K dash with the speedo where Issigonis intended- as there's nothing in there, and we just happen to have a mint one. 8)
Jury is still out though......
