Pretty sure that hole (if same as Cooper S) is 5/8"-18 UNF thread.
You could get an Allen head grubscrew that size, and screw in flush with a dab of Loctite to seal.. :wink:

You were right was a 5/8 UNF!!! Wat a mission it was to find anywhere in Cairns that had anything suitable!! I went everywhere from Hardware/Automotive/Plumbing/Gas/Hydraullic shops....... In the end after searching for 4 hours on Sat morn, i managed to get someting from Pirtek, 5/8 UNF blanking fitting with an o-ring to seal it.......
