I used Sikaflex 291, bought it at Bias Boating warehouse.
I've used it inside the roof gutter about 5 years ago, on the front bumper lip to body, and also to re-seal the roof seams of our caravan.
It's relatively expensive- $16.00?/tube but is paintable, stays flexible and I reckon it is great stuff.
