In the Mini world mag july issue. Damn thats some serious top speed and money spent on it 6.3 Chevy V8 with a dodge viper 6 speed manual gearbox top speed of 230 mph @6000rpm. Totally insane drag car but looks sweet.

hello,
Nathan Dobson, the owner of the v8 car never showed at the showdown , as he had engine problems,
just as well he did as my own car had big clutch probs and was a wasted weekend really,[hopefully sorted now]
back to nathans v8,
he is dumping the 6L engine and going bigger up to 7L and a lot more power, he says he's hoping to get up near 900 hp with nitrous, he's also fitting aaan auto box as the viper manual box allowed too m uch instant power to the chassis , he told me it was a hell of a ride so hes trying to calm it down,

carl
