A lot of people in the UK have used them with very good results , a bit lighter , but a lot more adjustable and less likely to trap the salted slush from the roads ....

Thats pretty much the same as the Midas rear suspension except it uses the original trailing arms :D much like we used to run in the mini sportsedans :D

The name is misleading. It's note really a beam axle, just trailing arm with coil overs. Not bad, nice and light and same suspension geometry as standard mini.
