Well here it is. This is my mini....
A bit about myself... Im a panel beater/spray painter/airbusher... I live in Sydney.
Ive been into minis for about 8 years now. It all started when i was a P plater. You see I had a few speeding fines and lost alot of points when I got my licence. I got 12 months disqualification for my troubles. 12 months later I needed new wheels some that I would go slow in. Cant lose any points in a mini I thought, so thats what I got.. A little yellow mini K 1100... Soon it got a maniflow exhaust a K&N and a maniflow inlet manifolt and a 1-3/4 SU..
Then I got a a van. A blue roundy, a mk2 S motor and mk1 S box and a lot of money later I had 96hp on Grahem Russels engine Dyno. The little basterd flew, But boy was it expensive to run, It was as thirsty as a V8 and rego killed me every year. (comercial Vehical) So it had to go... Ive since had this ex race car shell sitting in the garage. Nows the time we Biuld again..

For anyone who is interested in doing this You need a heat gun, paint scrapers, thiners to clean off excess stone gaurd, wire wheels, some paint removing pads and some dioxidine (rust remover).

Michael,

Thought i would never see that shell again. Good to see you have started. Why don't you fit a 4efte in it? How is your panel beating/spray painting going?

Mike,

Thanks, you'll have to come and see it, give me a couple of weeks to get it a bit further advanced.

Cheers
Dan
