You have been working all day to get the darn cone and trumpet and knuckle to all go into the rear subframe and your wife walks in and says why dont you just move that arm thing down, (Its a radius arm dear), then put in the knobble bit (that would be knuckle dear), move the trumpet, and then move in the black lump form the other side (that would be cone de...what the..). It of course worked perfectly.

Half a day of PIerce engineering expertise destroyed by 2 nano seconds of wife logic. Maybe I should get her to finish the car, then it will be ontime, on budget as well :lol:

and just as you tighten the last bolt to mount the rear subframe it snaps. "Caroline, you got a sec I need to work something out for me"

i have similar happen but with my mum ive been out the front swearing and yelling at the car and just cant get something to go she comes out all calm gives one suggestion offcourse dont wont to do it that way so i wait till she leaves then do it and tell em you figured it out you cant let them know they were right females thrive on these things
