Has anyone actually replaced these at all and how hard is it? Does the vent window need to be removed to do so?

It certainly does need to be removed, that's not sooooo difficult though.

GT (Anton) had a great how-to on his site but I can't find the link, can anyone else find it?

I replaed both quarter vent rubbers on my car. Was a little bit of a stuff around, was years ago that i did. Had to drill out rivets n put new 1s in from memory...... Cant even remember where i bought the rubbers from?
