Can you assist in giving me the correct settings for it

G'day mate,

I can highly recommend Des Hammel's "How to build & powertune Webers & Dellortos. You can get it from Pitstop books for about 40 bucks. Excellent tips in it for rebuilding and choosing your set up.

As it says in the book, it is really the optimum setup is dependent on many factors... how well your head breathes and so on & it can take some experimentation to get it setup.

I haven't read the entire book yet so I'm not quite up to speed on what will best suit a stock 1100. Kev will probably have some figures for you...

I set the 45 Dellorto up on 68Delux's pretty stocko 1098.
With 34mm chokes-
7772.6 emulsion tubes, 155 main jets, 170 air jets, I think the idle jets were 55 or 56.
For a 40DHLA I would use 33 or 34 chokes, and the above jets to start with.

As dewey said, Hammill's book is great, well worth the $40. It's better than the other Weber & Dellorto books I have.
