that one on carpoint is one of those rare 4 door minis, you get less of a boot space and the furl tank is different but you can fit 3 in the back and they have plenty of leg room. the suspension is also different to accomodate them. at $27000 it's a bargain. they weren't to fuel efficient though.

- The MkII Escort is probably SMALLER than a BMW MINI anyway!

Just relax Poki , that could hardly be classed as "a rabid anti-MINI post" , if someone has a full on attack on MINI owners or the cars themselves then fair enough but someone saying they'd prefer an old escort to a MINI is just personal preference . If we're going to get on here both groups need to be a bit tolerent and ignore personal opinions .

Fair enough. My use of rabid was OTT but I find the negativity annoying. Which is why I posted the news about the advertising campaign on both mini2 and mini-mods but chose to give this place a miss.

what drugs are they on i see no real mini's there ..
reall mini's were real small like and much boxier than anything i see there
also note that there is no way to contact them to let them know that they have been fooled by some german company into beleiveing they actully own the real deal
anything built after 2000 is NOT A REAL MINI ...
