Yeah that's what mine were....They were red but since I got black seats now and gave my red vinyl rea seats (what was left of it anyway) to a needed mate of mine I went to U-pull it (oh u pull it so dam crap! :lol:) and black ones off a clubby, and yes they are of a seatbelt metirial AKA webbing.

they be original as they were black when new and you can get repro ones they are black too for obvious reasons. So I reckon if they are clear they are mostliekly the ones from factory, may not be but it's a good guess.
