Are beat up daily drivers welcome, Don't know if my devil yellow clubby will make it? What is the drive time, distance and max speed? Now they are some confident questions for you! :?
Quite interested in coming along and meeting a lot of you people, Have to check the daily planner when I get home and see if she will let me out!

beat up daily drivers are more then welcome, bring it along, the more the merrier.

Distance will probably be under 50-100kms, pace will be as fast as you want, we wont be in any rush.

Ok looks like we have a good group confirmed for the 14th. Dont forget to bring a little esky with a few snags and a couple of beverages along. We are hoping to get a picnic site somewhere up there and have lunch.

does it make a clicking noise at all? does it crank over at all?

If not check the wiring going to the starter motor, if it is clicking, give it a slight hit with a hammer, if it dosnt work get your solinoid looked at, if it is cranking then you have a spark or fuel problem.

Engage 4th and rock the car backwards and forward - sometimes old gnarly ring gears and Bendix's like to mesh good and proper...
