one of many sites that can save a .flv file.

YouTube always update their software to block these kind of things, so do a The Google search for websites that save FLV files and choose another if one doesn't work.

I then use RIVA FLV Encoder to convert from an FLV file to an MPG or AVI, or use an FLV player to watch the file.
