I've noticed I have one bent tie rod. Looks like someone has used it as a jack point then later turned it over as the V is down Anyway it is about 1/4" out of straight.

Is it OK to straighten or should it be replaced?

If its 1/4 of an inch out then it should be ok to straighten. be careful not to damage the threads and examine for cracks just incase it occured from hitting somthing.

i would like to know what some of the other guys think though.

I would be more concerned about that end of your rack...they could have damaged bushes etc on that end...just a thought
