It's not just the huge markup you had on a cost of a CD, it's the fact that you are cataloging all the cars on here and from wherever else you got photos' from and it's just like serving it on a platter for thieves. You really could do more harm than good, but this you do not realise :S

People want to see photo's of a car, they can look where that person put them in the first place. ie. where you got them from.

Your attitude before was nothing but immature and showed really poor form. I for one will not forget the way you acted. You've continued to do dodgy crap and still are it seems out to make a quick buck whatever way you can. You may think you are helping us, but you're not. You are only looking out for your interests.

and everyone elses minis serious dude we know uve f**ked up but for get the idea, u think that apologising will fix it, forget about the cd idea, keep photos of ur fav minis on ur computer, if ne one on hear wants photos theyll ask their owners or find them on the net.

Adsmini, the simple fact is you are on a forum full of mini enthusiasts as obsessed as you are. so there is no need to make a CD to share the love. It is good that you are asking permission. The thought was nice, but its not practical.

This forum has a members gallery section for the prurpose of showing beautiful cars. And as I said, it was a nice thought, but its already been done.

I think some people may be over re acting to this a little bit, but then again
it is important to realise that just because i am a little loose with

That is exactly what its about - selling CDs that contain other peoples private photos of minis that have been collected over time. It defied copyright laws and personal privacy. No permission to use was ever attempted or gained.

They were also unedited photographs that could show number plates and recognisable features such as mini owners houses. The number plates were a particular worry as imitations of these could be used for such things as drive aways in a petrol stations as well as by nefarious means, dislosing owner information and garage addresses.

A lot thought it was handing candy to possible thieves as well as Adam Grasso personally profiting from other peoples' pride and joy. He was asking a fairly high price for this CD.

I have said before, DO NOT publish or sell anything with my car on it. I'm serious, if my cars feature anywhere on this disc your making I WILL take further action. Simple as that.
