Use either the HS6 or the HS4 - HS2's barely worked well on smaller motors but both should work equally as well provided it has the right needle for your particular engine.
The beauty of an SU is that it only sucks what it needs (fuel/air) at any one time when the needles are right. The HS6 will allow a bigger flow than the HS4 when and if the engine wants it though.
GR at a recent Mini car club meeting told us (the audience) that he had a small bore 1100 motor not dissimilar to yours on the dyno and at peak revs it had a HIF44 with the piston right up at the top and it was sucking all there was to suck.
Give me a few minutes and i will find out what needles WinSU suggests for your motor, for each carby, as a starting point.
