I want to phone around to see if I can get a second hand flexi joint to fit and don't have the car with me to measure the exhaust.

Not sure but isn't the "40" = 40mm ie about 1 1/2" I could be corrected on that though

I believe the RC40 I have is 1 3/4" OD.

You can get RC40's in different sizes, yes??? I don't really know, just thought you could, like how you can get them in stainless and all... :? :? :?

yeah I was under the impression that a RC 40 exhaust is a 1 3/4......

RC40 is a model, not size- it is 1-3/4" bore, takes a 1-3/4" OD pipe (ex pipe is always measured on OD) :wink:
