check it out on minifinity.com... I've heard that they're not real good.... but no first hand experience

are you saying you have em, i had an idea about cutting up some springs from another car and having them shaped but i think new rubbers would be better

Apparently they make the ride unbearably hard for road use as well.

I got a new set (mini spares type) in a pile of spares with a car I bought. I sold them without ever using them.

The purchaser installed them on his mini and one sagged until the coils touched before he ever got the car on the road!!!!

Maybe it was just a one-off dud but it was really crap.

A couple of guys have posted photos from the Auto Delta shop in Japan. In one photo it shows a coil spring set with a secondary spring. The secondary spring keeps the primary from falling out. Someone in Japan has obviously thought this concept through a bit better than the poms.

Do a search on here for springs because this topic has been well covered.
