those are the type that need an external compressor. Do your self a favour get the $30 from Supercheapand because their seperate their heaps easier to fit under a wheel arch etc.

with those ones you need a compressor and a chamber, their basically off a truck, and need a nuch higher pressure than the ones off poopercheap

i have the compressor 8)

thing is the size of a fire exstinguser, well its actually a tank

mell in that case I would mount them under the LHS or RHS quarter panel, pointing the trumpets at the ground (so they don't get blocked up), tank in there too. What are you doing for a compressor?

Sounds like too much effort for me I would have probably given up and had a beer

no no no, its those bogan horns the type you see on the utes with the mudflaps and cb antenias, its a tank that you pump up at the servo, holds 1 gallon of air and can take 160psi,

at that preasure they say that they get to 125db, which is friggen loud, im not going to pump it that high because i may still want the road rage effect but i dont want it to be dangerous,

actually i want to make a truckie turd his pants

Now.. I know this sounds sorta lame.. but does anyone really believe that tooting a horn actually helps modify driver behavior? I know it might help your own personal frustration but as I like to say.. Stupid selfish A$$holes are too busy being Stupid selfish A$$holes to realise they are Stupid selfish A$$holes and of course being Stupid selfish A$$holes they wouldnt care if anyone pointed it out to them anyway.

im only going on what i have relised, when i was being a dick as a younger driver and someone tooted a horn at you, you sort of behaved after that, even if i dont get them to behave it gives me a chance to vent and scare the crap of of them,

On the roof is the traditional place to mount the horn, after you've nicked it off a train.
