I just brought kits for my brake and clutch ms. While I was cleaning them up I noticed they are the pretty much the same yet one is alloy and the other is cast iron. Is there any particular reason they are not made from the same material?. And (i know its stupid) but which is which ?

oh the kits where $15 and $17.50 from Mini King at Kilburn

cheers
