Stupid irresponsible **** is all I can say about this little boy with his rich parents. The kid is 18 has been driving for 6 mths and has an Impreza WRX turbo though his natural reaction at hard braking os not to use the clutch. And he's got no remorse just a stupid grin on his face even though that little girl could have been in her back yard and hit by that cretin who allows his car to go to 80mph in a suburb and doesnt think to clutch it or stall the engine.

I know its in the US but they are plenty of these morrons around down here and no laws however draconian are too tough if you get one of these off the road. Offcourse those people would drive without a licence anyway kill somebody and get a 6mth suspended sentence and a good behaviour bond.

some cars, reguardless of how good they might be, seem to attract wankers!!
the WRX is right up there.
much like a porche, in most cases any seat other than the drivers seat is a waste of time (these people dont have friends).

note ...i did say "in most cases"

I dunno its not the Suba's fault they're great cars (if you like japanese) and if you'll survive a crash in anything it'd be an Impreza (in terms of passenger safety they're like the new Volvo just that here the safety reputation is actualy justified). I can see heaps of paralels to the Cooper S when it just came out - pocket rockets with stock (initialy) appearance and excelent performance and road holding, a string of surprise rally wins, Colin McRae --> Paddy Hopkirk.
Its the little kids that get them without any respect for the power in their hands or the lives of others.

That little ning nong should be in jail, and he's damn lucky he's not facing a manslaughter charge and doing ten years with a subway train up his arse.

How many other near-brand-new cars have a stuck throttle? More like the little twat got his foot stuck and didn't realise 'cause he was doing 100kmph+ towards a house.

If that were my son, he'd be making reparations for years, and volunteering at the local hospital on Friday & Saturday nights. By hokie, I should be a judge...
