They probably are! The use of the water allows you to get ALL air out from behind the vinyl leaving no bubbles. The bubbles get worse in the sun too as the trapped air expands and can/will stretch the vinyl. This ruins the thing as it won't shrink back once it cools down.

i just went to TINT-A-CAR this arvo, and they quoted me $280 for doing my mini.
they have their normal stuff, dark stuff, then their illegal stuff.
any type for $280
seemed decent, they're like "got a done up engine in it?"
