So if i have a 1275 engine standard as far as i know, with twin su carbs, which needles do i need???

1275 S standard normal mixture, red spring, needle M
1275 non S, red spring, needle EB

is there a trick to turning twins, cause i just cant seen to get them right, also where do people get parts for them locally (prefer brisbane) as i need one of the things that the rod in the middle sits in as the one i have is very loose and makes it hard to adjust them the same.
