Here is a picture of the sort of thing you need, not legal for road use but quite often used for track use to make better use of rims available

Thats my recycling bin mate and the things on top are to, they make Escort/Cortina into 120mm pcd but the theory is the same for mini ones, these one are 30mm thick and they ned to be so you can recess the bolts enough

you can redrill them, why could nt you buy them with out them being drilled, you would need long ass studs and luggs,

but on the comment on the addapter plate, you can change the offset by 25mm anymore and it puts too much pressure and torque on the bearings, you'd need a brave engineer

You better have a look at the wheels there is no centre in them and no room for any redrilling, I have no idea how you rekon the cars floating but what ever your on can you share it please :D

I saw similar spacer/adaptors (but bigger) at Big Balls Motorsport (there's a name!!).
They had a sign saying for offroad use only, I asked "what about on-road", and the salesman just smiled.:)
Says they all do it (not that this makes it legal).

There are many versions of those adapters available on the market. Most are cheap and nasty asian versions which you can see thru....... the "better ones" are completely solid as per the one ontop of that bin.

The thing I dont understand is: why are "off road" parts not good enough for bitumenised roads? Surely going off-road will put more stresses on the parts than they would ever experience in the city.....

The term should be "Insurance voiding" and nothing else.
