Geez that would be scary. The car would normally be a few times the weight of the bike.

Imagine some Camry driver pulling out in front of you and having to slow down the weight of car+bike on two rubber contact patches the size of matchboxes. I hope the riders get danger money.

I don't like doubling anyone anyone heavier than myself on my bike.

looks like they have their own individual 7.9" or so disc setup in each wheel to slow the towed car in case.. the japs are smart they wouldnt just do it without knowing whats gonna happen "when"

Although they're quite clever and probably work okay, I bet they're only a foot or so narrower than a light ute. Which begs the question, why bother?

But they are the people who brought us the dancing Honda robot, which is very cool indeed. Watch it and then tell your kids when you saw your first proper robot.

For much more car-realted hilarity, check out Jalopnik, including the odd home-built twin turbo Maxima (Those turbos are sitting where the passenger seat would normally be)...

And the world's biggest Scaletrix track, which is truly mental. Not sure how long, but hundreds of metres.

ever tried to get a full size towtruck through the bumper to bumper traffic caused by a breakdown on a four lane motorway that does not have a "breakdown" lane. oh that's right, you live in enzud  but come on, even Aukland gets the odd traffic jam :?

easy to do on a motorcycle, even one that big

if you want to ask the question "why bother", the maxima would be a better subject imho....that is just nuts

cheers
michael

I agree. Looks more like china than japan - scenery, smog, numberplates, LHD, chinese script on bikers vest.

Still, very interesting. Maybe I won't have to build a car trailer afterall.

the motors would have to be pretty chunky to be able to tow a car behind it. Very Wickid!!!
