I just pulled my UK 3 core rad out to swap with my reconditioned S one.

I happened to put a tape on it... would you believe they only have 8 gills(fins)/inch, where the Oz Deluxe/Cooper S onwards all have 16...

I found the reason why the side panel came loose after 3 weeks- the attachment was only a couple of spot welds, which were dodgy on that side.

Sooooo, if buying a UK radiator I'd go for the 2 core. Dearer, but better made, and lots more fins.
But it's lots cheaper to get your Oz one reconditioned instead.

Yep, the 1360 now runs at 1/4-1/3 scale, with 82C thermostat and the heater out.
