2 cores  I'd assume the more cores, the better throughput of coolant therefore more efficient cooling. But unless you have overheating problems, 2 core may be quite ok. There is good authority for having optimum operating temp :)

2 core UK one is OK, it has BIG cores and lots of fins.
4 core UK is also OK I hear, but it's a bit wider..

3 core UK cheapo, don't bother- :x it is flimsily made and has only 8 fins/inch, where an Oz Mini rad from 1965 on has 16.
I just took the 6 months old UK 3 core out of the 1360 and refitted the Oz S one after it was serviced. Motor is now running at 1/4 scale again with the 82C thermostat, instead of 1/2..... 8)

Bruizer firstly used UK 4 core needed modification as these were designed for under clubby bonnet and chip paint under a roundy bonnet. I later learned mini spares who developed the 4 core went on to develop the 2 core supa flow better and thinner for under roundy bonnet.

The Austin and Bruizer use the 2 core farking fabbo
