Hi all
I have 2 types of spacer drums on my mini. The rear ones have a removable spacer but the front ones do not. They have the 2 screws that would otherwise hold the spacer on but the spacer and drum seams to be one thing. Where they cast seperatly then welded up? If I look inside the spacer there looks like there is a gap between it and the drum, but on the outside theres no gap... go figure .
Could I just get a BFH and smash it off?
Cheers

The spacer drums were cast as one unit.
If you have bolt on ones then they may have been removed from an
old drum in a lathe to save buying a new spacered one.
:D

Can you see the join or is there nothing at all?

There was two designs of spacer drum, one had scallops taken from inside the spacer and the other was solid all the way out. Could it be you have the two differing types?
