As reported on here some time ago, it doesn't make any difference in cost between getting one in from the UK (with quid postage) and gettinga group order and then using Australia Post to distribute them here.

I would recommend that if you want one then buy off ebay.

I did it this way and am very happy. Although I have asked my newsagent to put it on his list for future editions.

Cheers
Steve

Postage cost was 4 pounds so the total amount is 8.95 pounds delivered to your door.

The seller on ebay had about 96 copies still to sell so don't miss out this time!!

I got one of these last night and the total price was £8.95 which is $22.56 landed.
Cheers Pete

Hey Mike,

I'm interested too - any chance of ordering via ebay or whatever and getting a discount on bulk postage?

I'm in Canberra but I travel to Adelaide at least once a month at present for work, so I could take some over there if you have some interested folks in Adelaide. Next trip is 4th of March if that helps, then probably later in March and/or sometime in April :)

I don't think you'd save that much ordering in bulk, maybe each person may save a whole $1 but think about all the stuffing around.

Best bet is for people to buy off ebay direct, then it gets sent straight to your door. Using paypal you can use either a credit card OR bank account

Just got mine from the UK. Sent an email asking for postage costs. The cost for the mag and postage was 8.64 pounds. Took about 14 days in the mail, but I got it OK.

Cheers!

Looks like I'll get me a copy from there - that seller is the same link from the Calver Special Tuning website (http://www.gr8website2.com/calverst/main.htm)

Fired off an email and got a quick response from the seller:

8.95 UK pounds (approx $22.50) inc postage for 1, or
64 UK pounds (approx $161) for 10 copies inc postage.

Is it a goer?

8)
