Yes, I've been hunting for an EPS vector art version of the Rosette for some time now, but with no luck.

i've got an eps version back in oz, so you might have to do what i done and sit and draw it using illustrator, unless you can wait till may when im back

There is no set size. The diameter is dependent on the application, hence the need for a scalable vector file.
