And throw away the Clubbie heater tap. Just plumb the core into existing hoses, without a tap. 8)

Too easy. Does anyone have pics of what it should look like behind the grille? Shall i make up some aluminum brackets of some description... or?

Hey Big Willster.......I cut and welded my heater brackets so that they sat about 100mm higher on the firewall. That way, the heater is further up under the dash....and out of the way! :wink:

The heater core behind the grille that is.
