Hello,

Does anyone know if there are any rego compliance problems when transfering a Rover Mini from another state into NSW? Specifically is the paperwork any more trouble than any regular car? Any other paperwork traps to watchout for?

cheers

Brad

I would just make sure that u have all the original compliance paper work etc. Other than that i cant see why it should be any different assuming that it was properly complied when it was first imported

That's what I would have thought. I'm just concerned some little "officious" little govt nobody might find some some buried legaslation that would sink me.

Thanks

No. Actually on the lookout to buy one. The only canidates for puchase from so far have been interstate. I don't mind the drive, I'm just concerned if there will be any difficulties come re-rego in NSW later on. Some of them do advertise that they have the compliance paperwork, so I was asking is it only valid in that state?
