I've been pretty happy with it on my car so far.
I just went for a flick through my blog to see where i used it. I only bought 1 litre and still have some left:

So all of the firewall, the rear load tray, all the seams and gutters, both subbies, all suspension components, all rust repairs, steering column, pedal box & pedals.

It seems to be pretty tough stuff so far. No adhesion problems.
I even painted my boots with it (with left-overs). The toe where the steel cap wears through from kneeling and the back of the cap where the gear level on the motor bike sits have held up extremely well. And that is adhesion to flexible leather.

I do remember reading that the competition was better in tests before I bought the POR. At the end of the day, I didn't want to pay postage and wait for stuff to arrive from the USA when I could go down the road and by the POR-15.

I tell you in a few years if that was a wise move or not (providing I still have the car). Living a few hundered meters from the beach in Qld tends to sort old cars out.

I've been using Por15 and have had no problems with it. However I've just bought a small can of the chassis coat to paint a few things in and the first can I got it had about 1 cm of sludge in the bottom of it so I returned it and got another one free.

This coating is thicker and you have to slightly thin it down with the Por Solvent (another $12 to shell out), I've had a few goes at it and can't quite get it to the right consitancy all the time as on some parts i got brush marks and on others it was too thin and it started to run. Did a final coat last night and will have a look at it tonight to see how it came out, I did notice when I was brushing it on that it seemed to bubble quite a lot for some reason.
Will post the results in my resto once I have the heater unit back together.

Actually once prepared properly, depending what you are doing, Wattle Killrust black is just as good for 1/4 of the price. Even comes in spray cans

I use a lot of Killrust in spray cans - gives a nice rock hard finish once cured being an epoxy paint and all.
