hey guys
i have another issue with the rego thing, because not all minis came out with heaters mean that they were not compulsory,

im in the middle of making my center console and have nt completed the thing,

Depends on the year of the vehicle and if heater was fitted as standard. Generally if there isn't one fitted and they don't know mini's you get through but if it is fitted it just needs to be in working order. Meaning that it blows air up the windscreen. 90% of RWC testers don't warm up the car to test this and therefore is easy to pass.
