hehehe....yea Duc....tempted.

Thommo....The lightning is behind the cloud. I wasn't quick enough to shoot it.

Ben is right with fitting the tank. Originally there is some thick felt type material that the tank sits on. This soaks up water and rusts out the bottom of the tank. I pissed it off and replaced it with rubber. If your tank won't fit, maybe the felt material or substitute is missing altogether.

I have also worked out that there are at least 3 different types of fuel tanks. It seems the older tanks had a drain on the bottom, with a grub screw located in a threaded hole. The very late clubby tanks have a 5/16 outlet and the earlier clubby tanks (probably roundie too) have a 3/16 outlet.

You live and learn...... :?

You've got to watch the shutter lag on those digitals. Its a bastard when you are trying to shoot stuff like that. I was going to buy one for kart photography until someone pointed this out to me. I passed and will stick to film until they solve it.

I'm about to buy (waiting stock) a Canon A75 - if you half press the shutter release it primes the release plus locks the light reading and then you can delay pressing it all the way till you are ready and when you do it's instant.
