Who can tell me about them...
Are they adjustable, with multi point?

And... who is actually running them and can vouch for their effectiveness, say over Spax etc.

Curious, and looking for shock absorbers.

Non adjustable - apparently bilstein knows best. Rebuildable many Nb racers use them - the people the make them/import them revalve them/go along to race days are aaround the corner from my work and they know their stuff.

I have them. I will have used them when my car is drivable.

I have no doubt they will be good. I cannot compare them to SPAX though..to me SPAX sounds SPASTIC :P

I like KONI's but..

but... Bilsteins are blue?

Cool... i'll see if anyone on here is actually running them and can give their own testimony.

I doubt many people would be able to tell the difference however.
Me included :P

I couldn't find anyone that bothered to spend the $50-$150 extra on Bilsteins on here or otherwise that was running them...

Doogie also has a set..though his car isn't on the road either

I can't say I've driven a Mini with Bilsteins but have driven a old 1970 Mercedes Benz 280 with them and I have to say it was a lot smoother when they were fitted compared to what was in them to begin with, whicj I think were KYB's. I know this isn't exactly the answer or comparison you need but I can vouch for Bilsteins being the best shocks that I have driven with. This Mercedes was better/smoother than our first golf and my Mini.

I was looking.
And it made me think... are they proven that they are better / worth the extra money over Spax or Konis
