No - napalm is not polystyrene and petrol.

Its sticky liquid soap plus petrol (and probably other subtances to do it better as well).

Nasty stuff and the sooner napalm and anti-personal mines are gone, the better. More people have lost limbs and lives since the conflicts, due to mines, than ever lost them in the conflicts.

I was trying to use a new can of the stuff that had been in the shed for ages, the nozzle wasn't pressing down, so I thought - a gentle tap with a bfh.

Gentle tap = fountain of exploiding expanding foam.

Petrol was the closest, works ok on getting it out of hair.

I think I used thinners on my boots - got most of it off - but still some remains.

I'd go with a physical attack over chemical if its been sitting awhile and is thick.

This may sound really stupid but on boats when removing the flotation foam, often a whipper snipper is used with the nylon line. It tears through the foam without damaging the fibreglass...

Location: hoxton park, sydney a place where our council bins are so small you couldn't bath a baby in them!!
while we're at it i suggest a chainsaw (kidding)

i would stick some petrol in a spray bottle that way you have some control over where the petrol ends up

if that doesn't work id maybe try a bit of heat from a hot air gun
