The tyres are 155 wide on a 7 inch rim! :lol:

As a comparison, I run 175s on a 5.5 rim.

I had 145s on my 4.5s, I now have 165s on my 10 x 6s. 155 is skinny! It does say skinny white walls (although they look kinda blue walled to me...)

Dayton have wires for the mini bolt pattern - so wires is possible

saw in the latest miniworld mag i think, a mini with wire wheels like that....was west coast chopper themed. didnt look half bad, but not my cup of tea :wink:

I would've gone for the knock-on style.

I must say it's a nice car, but wheels, not my style, genuine wire wheels on a MK1 MGB or an E-Type Jag, yeah perfect, but mini...not so much.

Agreed... very nice for a Mini with wiries.

Borderline on over the top... maybe a touch too low.
