There have been a number of postings with images in the "spotted" forum and I can't see any of the images, only a little box with the word image in them. Why?

Sounds like a browser setting, check and see if you've got it set to load all images.

All the pics in the Spotted section are coming up fine here - so I'd agree it sounds most likely to be a local settings issue on your PC.

Get the URL of one of the pics that you are having problems with and post that here and we can see what is going on.

If you have anti virus with banner blocking turned 'on', that might be diong it.
